About the Conference
The conference aims to explore the persistent social inequalities in life chances and outcomes across multiple domains, including education, family, labor market, and related areas. It seeks to understand how these inequalities vary over time due to significant events and shocks such as economic crises and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, within a social stratification perspective, the conference will examine the role of institutions and policies in addressing social inequalities related to social background, migration origin, gender, and geographical locations.
